Can I bring my own alcohol on the bus?

No, we do not allow alcohol on the bus except that which is purchased from one of the stops. You must consume or discard open alcohol on the bus before entering the next stop.

Can I rent the bus privately?

Absolutely! Our bus is a great idea for such things as concerts, bachelorette parties, corporate functions. See our About Our Tours page.

Can I tip the driver/guide?

Tips are strongly/greatly appreciated. We pay our employees well but they could always use a little scratch.

Can I choose which locations we visit?

When renting the bus privately, yes you can. But if you are doing a public tour, we will list the stops on your tour.

Do I have to be 21 to buy a ticket?

Yes! All tour guests must be 21 or older. IDs will be checked upon boarding the bus.

Do you serve alcohol on the bus?

No, we do not serve alcohol on the bus. However you can purchase and consume at one of the stops.

How do we get home?

We want you to get home as safely as possible. We strongly encourage you to use a ride sharing app like Uber or Lyft to and from the designated start/stop location. PLEASE DO NOT DRINK AND DRIVE. If you book a private VIP tour we can do door to door service.

How long will the tour last?

The tour will last 5 hours. From 12pm to 5pm.

Is there water on the bus?

Yes, there is plenty of water available on the bus.

What is your public tour cancelation policy?

PUBLIC TOURS
Due to high demand for tours, tickets are non-refundable 24 hours prior to the tour.  Our cancellation policy for Public Tours is as follows:

  • Less than 24 hours: No date changes or refunds, fully-transferable
  • Less than 7 calendar days: 50% refund, date changes permitted
  • At least 1 week before tour:  Full Refund

No date changes can be made within 24 hours of scheduled tour, but tickets are fully-transferable to another party, just provide them the first and last name on your booking and they may attend in your place. Cancellations must be emailed to: info@harfordbrewtours.com

  • Less than 7 calendar days: 50% refund
  • At least 1 week before tour:  Full Refund

What is your private tour cancellation policy?

Due to limited seating, we request guests cancel a minimum of 72 hours before their tour in order to receive a full reimbursement. Cancellations with less than 72 hours notice will receive a refund of 80% money back and 20% credit for a future tour to be used in 1 year.

Will my tour ever be cancelled?

We hope not! While it is possible due to weather, event rescheduling, or establishment issues, we will refund your purchase 100% or reschedule to another date.

Will there be food on the tour?

Many of the stops will have a food trucks or a full menu. If you decide to order food during the tour, please do so when you arrive to ensure food comes out before we have to leave for the next stop. There will be snacks available on the bus.

Do you allow smoking or vaping?

Smoking or vaping is not allowed on the bus nor inside the tasting rooms. You should check with each brewery for their smoking areas.

Is your tour wheelchair accessible?

Many of our stops are wheelchair accessible, but the seats on the bus are not.

Does the tour price include alcohol?

No, alcohol is not included in the tour price.
